If one or more games in your order are OOS they will wait for all of them to be in stock so they can ship it together. Thats why I cancelled my original order of two OOS games and ordered them separately. One of them has shipped already.

It never worked for me.

Are they really shipping with Digital River? I remember back when Darksiders 2 launched, THQ was using them and people had some luck tracking on the USPS site. Was a hell of a mess though.

If you track the number through USPS site you get no luck, however, if you go through

(no idea if this site is legit or not) it shows some information, but not much. This is the site that digital river provides you to track shipments with. Shadiest shipping company 2012?

I got shipping confirmation on 28 Dec but when I track it through findmyorder.com it still shows: "Electronic Shipping Info Received".

Same here, I just have this funny feeling a lot of people are not getting their orders despite this status.

I hate the companies that flat-out lie about shipping, saying they shipped when they just gave them some tracking number.

That's not lying, that's just how it works. That's why its called shipping confirmation. They have confirmed with the shipper (UPS, etc) where and when to deliver the package and where to pick it up. They have put it in the pile for the shipper to pick up and the companies' job is essentially done.

They are the publishers. And I bought D4 from them a few months ago. But I've been waiting for a price drop on D3 for Vita.

I think they are the publisher in Europe. This is the US site which NIS of America would be the publisher. And the link is for US sale. Not sure if they have this sell also in Europe. You can probably check to see if they have something similar.
