Some games were canceled, and I discovered this by looking on my order history page. I can tell that they weren't refunded, because on PayPal it tells you if a transaction has been refunded (It shouldn't be blue coins because I used PayPal). I was charged, but not refunded. I'm hoping they'll resolve it now that I've submitted a ticket, but it's ridiculous that they didn't do it on their own after more than a month had passed.

Well, if the payment went through, you got your game(s), then they cancelled the order, removed your games, and didn't give you a refund, then that's ridiculous.

Having said that, I still have my doubts and I think you may be missing something since I've never had this experience with the site. All of my cancelled orders were those that I left pending. Cancelling those orders after a reasonable amount of time is definitely reasonable to me. But if this was done to an order that was placed, like what happened with my Ghost Recon order which was placed, successful, and was later cancelled and refunded, then that is definitely not acceptable.

In the end, though, I'm nearly certain that support would be more than willing to investigate the issue and resolve it.

Nyargh. Tempted to get the Legacy of Kain pack on Gamersgate. The pack says Steam, Soul Reaver and Defiance both say Steam, but Soul Reaver 2 says DRM free.

Not sure if this is Gamersgate incompetence or a trick or what.

I needed something to blow blue coins on so picked up that pack. Soul Reaver 2 gave me a key that I popped into Steam and activated.

I also bought the pack with some spare blue coins and also got a steam key for Soul Reaver 2.

Also I was wondering have they said anything about keys for Viking Battle for Asgard?

Just as a third confirmation, you do get Steam Keys for all items in the Legacy of Kain pack.

Kept hoping for a larger Steam deal on this pack after seeing the Tomb Raider pack early in the sale but this wound up actually being slightly cheaper than Steam would have been if they had gone 75% off.

Blood Omen 2 is probably a time limited exclusive for GOG. I don't think Blood Omen 1 is sold as a download yet, but GOG would probably carry it first and have time limited exclusive rights to that too.

I have an order put through but not completed yet... another forum recommended investigating these latest versions a little bit before pulling the trigger to make sure the issues aren't issues for me. Pad support was one, I think. I'll be researching more before splurging.

Great deal on the Kain titles, and unlikely to be cheaper on Steam given the difference in base price (25 on Steam,. 18 on GG).

We made a mistake. Our computer program grossly multiplied the discounts we were authorized to offer on these bundles and they were advertised at way below cost. We did not notice this on the day of the mistake because of the holidays. We have cancelled all unfulfilled orders as per our terms of use. We are working with the affected publishers to see what we can do with respect to partially filled orders. We highly value all of our loyal GamersGate customers and do not want to see our relationship with any of you damaged. Nor do we want to see our publisher partners harmed by our computer glitch. We are doing all that we can to sort this out, however due to the holidays we will most likely not be able to sort this out until next week. Please bear with us and forgive us for this disappointing error. We will update you as soon as possible.

I think the page just shows whatever today's date is. That hasn't changed a single word in that statement for a week now, even though we are fast approaching the end of "next week".
