Just a heads up, some of these that are $9.99 will go off sale and more than likely go up in price before the U&S promo begins. I know I saw Pursuit of Happiness and other with an off sale date before the promo at my store yesterday. It's a shame they don't show that online!

Don't forget, there will also be some good deals if you are willing to shell out around $10 each.
Like Raid: Redemption.

Meh, nothing that jumps out at me. Might finally break down and buy the various X-Men movies on Blu-ray, though I am really not interested in owning 2 DVD versions of the movies. Might also pick up some of the comedies like Horrible Bosses or Hangover. Heard they were good.

YMMV. Most will probably take any DVD that looks halfway professional, but to be safe I would bring in different movies.

I will probably pick up Sin City, since I gave up on the Canadian steelbook for a reasonable price.

Listen buddy, I don't care what the rules say. I was done with my copy of naughty nurses 4 within 20 minutes, now give me my goddam $5 coupon

On a side note, really hoping Transformers 1 drops to $10 somewhere so I can pick it up cheap :(

Star Trek too, but doubt it

I might buy Halo Forward Unto Dawn if I get a $10 pm somewhere, but I wonder if it'll be worth it since it'll probably be like $4 this time next year :-/

Typically the non new release sale items are done one per month for Blu Ray and DVD (the ones on the feature wall/ special sale area) so there is a good chance that most of that list will still be 10 bucks when the promo starts.

Very awesome. I'd love to get Lord of the Rings on blu. As a person who only just got a blu-ray player on Black Friday, I have a lot of catching up to do.

Could we buy some of these titles for 9.99 on the website that are not available in store, bring them back, return them, then apply the 5 dollar off coupons?

IDK, I'd say its not so YMMV if you kept them sealed and physically brought them back, do a return / rebuy and as long as the price didn't increase from the initial $9.99. No harm no foul there. My guess is 'thingsfallnapart' is just being cautious as to his store maybe only having one copy left of wanted titles.

I just hope those $15 3D movies stay around for one more week. $10 is my price point on some of these.

And yes, I would agree with your statement on Green Lantern lol...abomination of a movie.
I know that the Austin Powers three-pack will be good for the first few days of the sale, so I'd imagine that the other ones would as well (It caught my eye knowing this sale was coming up). Other things I noticed were that the Breaking Bad Seasons were going to be on sale at the start of this promo as well ($14-1,2 / $22-3 / $27-4)

You can order them thru the store and then use the coupons when you pick them up.

I went and checked my store, the left over steelbooks, the triple packs, and most of the other stuff I saw will still be on sale going by the on sale to card. I saw easily 20-25 titles for 9.99 I wanted. It's all about the plan of action. Go sometime this week, look in the store, write down what you want, and if it's on sale, and when the sale expires. Make sure you have enough garbage DVD if not check out dollar tree and pawn shops. Sometimes pawn shop will sell you there unsellables for cheap. You can also cruise yard sales Saturday for DVDs.

Other things to keep in mind if you have a Movie Stop near you is that they will take 2 decent blu-rays worth $3+ in their system for a new release. So if you see a few movies at 9.99 that you normally wouldnt buy, but are on a good sale and fairly new you could trade them for a new release. 10 bucks and 2 crappy DVD for a new movie isnt bad. The other thing is UV and some of the studios like paramount, universal, and WB digital copies can be sold or traded. You buy that movie for 4.99 then trade the code for something you dont own cloud copy. So 2 movies for 4.99 isnt bad.
