Agreed, so annoying how many movies don't qualify for transfer. Has anyone managed to get a bluray movie to transfer, so far only DVD's have worked.

It lets you "search for previous purchases"... what does this even mean? Does it search through my Walmart purchase history or something? It definitely doesn't sound like something that would work with used or traded movies, but it's deliberately vague so who knows...

You're reading too much into that, its just implying you own movies from a supported movie company. It's not like they could come out and suggest you can import rented movies as well !!

I dunno, the wording doesn't seem like an accident to me. I really, really doubt it lets you stick in any DVD bought from anywhere and then just attach it to your account. I'm really thinking this is a feature for things you specifically bought at Walmart. Time will tell, I suppose.

Is anyone else having problems redeeming Dredd UV

Could someone advise me on this...

I just realized all my UV movies on Flixster that I stream on my ipad are also on my VUDU ps3 app (I'm late..I know lol).

Well, flixster only streams SD currently, but on VUDU, it says all the UVs I own are all SD-HDX....so why can I only stream movies in SD on my ps3?

But project x and horrible bosses that are HDX only stream fine in just that.

I would assume since I own all the movies UP TO HDX, they could play in that resolution, but it seems only SD.

Is ps3 stil under the same category as iPads, in that they're working on making streaming HD soon, and can you only play those HDX movies on macs or PCs for now?

PS3 is capable of streaming HDX
New iPad VUDU app is coming next month - Not sure if HD is a new feature (but for sure offline viewing is - similar to what Flixter on iPad can already do)

Yea, horrible bosses looked gorgeous in Hdx, but like I said it is only owned in that resolution in my collection.

All my others that I own in EVERY resolution only allows SD streaming on PS3. Something doesn't seem right with that.

Have you tried playing the movie and then changing the resolution in the lower left corner of the pause menu? It might just default the last resolution you viewed the movie in. Just a thought.
