I've been trying to convert GS credit to Amazon credit for textbooks ever since I heard they had the Amazon GC's. Problem was every store I went to would not sell the Amazon cards as they were only meant for Kindle Fire purchases.

I decided to stop in one today and ask if they were able to sell the cards yet. This time however I was met with a surprising answer, they now sell the Amazon GC's through their POS. They sold them as a digital download and the redemption codes printed on the receipt. I was able to convert $175 no problem.

I checked the last few pages and saw no mention of this. I figured I would share for anyone else looking to convert credit. If it is already common knowledge, I apologize.

$28 for a broken DSi? I'm in! I have a bricked one I picked up from a yard sale last year that I was going to try to fix, but gave up on. Anytime you go to start anything (settings, camera, game) it gives the "Error has occurred" message. I guess it still is possible to make a few bucks on it after all.

Now the problem is, I don't know where the charger is. Would they charge a double refurb or just flat out refuse it?

They would probably try to sell you the charger and it would be an extra deduction.
The promo ends 1/27 so you have enough time to order a cheap one off Amazon or I think a used one at GS would be $7.20...

I think some people may just not know where the hardware tivs on the 1st page are located. It took me awhile to realize that the last post was all the hardware and accessories.
