Hey I'm new to all this, although I have been reading about this for a while. I don't expect anyone to welcome me open arms in this thread since I am a first time poster, which is understandable.
I just want to ask a question in it's simplest form - do I have to paypal someone their dollars in order for me to get some dummy account with said game/s on to download and once downloaded, deactivate that account? |
