Don't cancel because I'm not going.... I'd have to work regardless that night so it would be probably a no go anyway... o_O

It's not just because of you (I sort of planned you as a possible not going), a few others were doing the same, and it's not like before where I lived down the road to Arundel Mills (more like a 35 minute drive now).

TBH, I rather just do individual hangouts anyway. We'll see what people think in the end.

I probably could not have gone anyway. Got an invite from an old college friend to go visit his newborn daughter in Virginia this weekend, and found out all my friends from college are going, and I skipped on them the last time we all got together, can't do it now.

We could change date/location instead of canceling though.

That's unfortunate. It would have been nice to meet everyone. I'm still willing to hang out if others are.

Yeah, I'm still interested in going. I still need to go to Arundel Mills to run some other errands, and it'd be nice to see some of you.

For those still interested in getting together, who would be interested in going to Crabtowne USA? This is the place in Glen Burnie with all the old arcade machines.

Also, the Pinball Museum and Geppi's Entertainment Museum in Baltimore are still out there.

Thoughts?

I'm game for either of those options.

Oh yeah, I forgot to put together a meet-up at Crab Town for the longest time. I've been there many times. If people want to do that, we can figure out what works.

Anyway, the reason for me canceling was because if this weekend did not work, I could not make a single weekend work until WiiU launch, due to Extra Life next weekend, Halloween Party with old co-workers the next weekend, Nekocon and AnimeUSA weekends, etc.

Eh, we'll figure something out, sometime. I apologize for the late response, since my internet/TV cut out for over a day,

Of those I'd prefer Crabtowne.

I'll plan to go to Crabtowne USA at 2pm tomorrow (saturday). Anyone who wants to roll up, I'm sure I'll be there for a while. The address is:

1500 Crain Highway South Glen Burnie, MD 21061
(410) 761-6118

I've never been, but I'll give warning that the reviews for the seafood look pretty bad. I'm going to stick with grabbing some pizza or a sub or something. I'm really going for the arcade and that's about it.

Here's a video from this year I found of a guy visiting both Crabtowne and the National Pinball Museum:

I'm sure I'll find something to bring in trade, but I don't have anything in mind at the moment.

Sorry to go back on my answer, but I ended up having a conflicting event in the city, so I won't be making it this time around. I would not be opposed to having another gathering soon, though.

Some people I know like their food there at Crabtowne, some don't. The place is a little trashy, but those arcade games are cool. I've been there several times. I could make it down to Glen Burnie tomorrow if my expected package arrives before then.

If anyone is interested, the Target on MLK Rd (Blvd?) in Glenarden has both models of the WiiU. I got mine about 2 hours ago.

Hello all, I'm a long-time lurker/first-time poster on CAG and thought I'd pop my head in here to say hi, as I'm located in Baltimore. I also couldn't resist posting as I saw the shout-outs for MAGFest, and I'm the guy that runs the Console area for it. I hope everyone who went had a fine time at MAG 11, and thanks for all the tips on various game deals throughout 2012. My budget is pretty tiny in the scheme of things, and CAG helps me stretch it a lot farther than it would normally go.

I would like to sell the following items:

21" Sony Trinitron Computer Monitor - $20
Works; complete with manuals and cables; has crack in base that does not affect use.

Data East Robocop Arcade Cabinet - $225
Works; great condition; free credit button wired in; some monitor burn in.

Die Hard Arcade Cabinet - $250
Works; great condition; no burn in; can play other U.S. games with compatible cartridges like Virtua Fighter (or Japanese ones after modification).

SNES Super Scope 6 with 3 games - $200
Works, but recall that this is only compatible with CRT TVs; near mint condition; includes gun, eyepiece, receiver, box, manual, and SS6, Battleclash, and Metal Combat games and manuals; does not include original packing materials.

Pictures available upon request. All items are located in Arlington, near Falls Church. Feel free to make an offer.

You might want to try your local craigslist for letting some of your stuff go. You might have better luck. I used to try and sell stuff off of here and it would take forever for offers to come through. If you can't wait that long, then ebay is your friend.

I was giving the good folks here first dibs.

Also, I was trying to avoid the usual CL flakes and douchebagery. The eBay cesspool is my last resort.
