What's next, the next DLC for ME3 will have necromorphs running around as Reaper allies?

Actually a Plasma Cutter for Shepard in ME3 would be amazing.

I love these EA crossovers. Maybe we'll see some Dragon Age themed stuff for Isaac too. Not likely to be any Kingdoms of Amalur items though, unless they were developed a long time ago.

Omni-blade upgrade to plasma cutter?

If I remember right, there was a cross-promotion item for something with Dead Space, which I think was Dragon Age if memory servers. Ser Issac's armor, I believe.

Yup, Dragon Age II had Isaac Clarke armor.

The strangest crossover remains N7 armor in Final Fantasy XIII-2.

Hopefully the next one is a little more substantial/memorable than Omega.

I used that Ser Isaac armor way longer than I should have.

Only for you, babe.

Looking forward to hearing more on the DLC. My fiancee--who is an enormous ME fan--FINALLY finished her run of the trilogy and walked away quite satisfied with it. Ultra paragon. Went with the blue ending.

Not only did she manage to avoid spoilers all this time, but she had the benefit of never seeing the original ending. Things like Omega and Leviathan were just part of the game for her, and that was pretty cool to see. Despite my love for the trilogy, I kinda liked watching her journey through it more. I also liked seeing the results of someone beating the game without being aware of the initial development misstep.

She still hated Kai Leng though. There's no undoing that.

I've yet to dabble in it, though everyone in here pretty much said that you should wait for it to go on sale, which is what I'm doing.

Would be the first ME DLC I didn't pay full price for. :|

I never ended up using it as the stuff from the LE was better than that armor for me.[/quote]

I'd like to find out more about the DLC myself, though I'm curious to see where they'd go with it. Leviathan and From Ashes were both back story and Omega is side story. I guess we'd go with another side story as well?

Good to know the fiancee liked the trip down the trilogy. I also liked the entire thing from beginning to end with little complaint.

Hang on. I thought Green was the Paragon ending. Blue was more like neutral/siding with TIM.

Been getting into the Multiplayer the last couple of days and having a lot of fun with it too. I'm usually adverse to playing with randoms in anything, but I'm enjoying a lot regardless.

Still haven't beat the game though. Relentlessly waiting on a From Ashes sale before I go any further than I have (Genophage stuff).

I don't think the red and blue choices were meant to correspond to Renegade and Paragon. If they were, then somebody goofed since in every other choice in ME2 and ME3 up that point, agreeing with the Illusive Man was considered Renegade and going against his wishes was considered Paragon.

Guess someone was colorblind at BioWare then.

I actually loved the color switch at the end. There were some gray area decisions that I liked a lot in the trilogy like how destroying the Geth heretics was the "right" decision that made ultimate unification more likely. But then, I never loved picking a color and defining my gameplay by it. Though I was primarily renegade, I still shifted to blue in several situations throughout the trilogy.

I suppose the color "switch" could have been intentional, in terms of, obedience to authority could be considered a Paragon value, and violent rebellion could be considered Renegade. But I tend to think of the blue choice as Shepard seizing absolute power, which, even with benevolent intentions, the series has consistently depicted as a Renegade choice, especially in the context of the Illusive Man trying to control the Reapers. So if by coloring it blue the writers were trying to make a statement that Control is consistent with Paragon values as depicted in the series up to that point, I don't believe they made their case.

I'm still inclined to think that they used the 3-color scheme just to clearly differentiate the three choices, and it wasn't meant to tie in with the morality system.

ETA: Should we still be spoilering this stuff? I mean, is there honestly anyone taking part in this conversation at this point who doesn't know how the game ends?
