Isn't there a new 5% code? I thought it was another "Elder Geek" code but different from the expired IAMANELDERGEEK.

I remember trying it on BC's but they fixed that loophole. Still, I haven't seen it mentioned since and 5% is 5% for those without the 20%.

It's "elder-geek.com", which is an actual site - not sure what their affiliation is with GG.

Did anyone else who sold Bethesda/Star Dock gift bundles have their buyer's bundles removed and not get refunded? Two people bought Bethesda gifts from me and told me they couldn't get keys when everyone else did. I sent in a support ticket asking why they couldn't get their keys (and I assume they probably did as well) but I never got a response, and the bundles were removed from their accounts. And I wasn't refunded for my gift purchases, which were made in the same transaction as the bundle in which I accessed my own keys back in December.

GG keeps getting worse. It hasn't even been a month since our 20% bonuses were added, and yet we're already seeing exclusions to the "everything" they promised it would work on. I imagine the GG offices are run by blindfolded monkeys, and their public relations manager is a coprophilic chimp.

Yeah, I noticed that and that it doesn't work with BCs.

But not everyone has the 20% and I thought mentioning it again would benefit them.

That really sucks. They are also pretty bad about hiding behind their CS and still claiming it is backed up. I would suggest to post on their facebook page asking about the issue or maybe twitter. They either owe you a refund or keys.

With a credit card, you generally have 90 days from when you got the erroneous statement. Paypal is not the only option here.

That said, it's likely the best one. Gamersgate's records have got to be a complete mess. It's not like they want to give refunds to people that got keys while withholding them from people who did not get keys. They might not be able to figure out what is up with your orders and payments and the status thereof with the records that they have. A paypal dispute and claim might be the quickest and easiest way to get things resolved.

IMO, it may be speedier to ask them to submit their own tickets so their account and order information is more easily accessible and verified by GG's CS and appears as a plea direct from a needy customer. Asking for help for a third-party seems like it would receive a lower priority.
