quick question guys...

i accidentally redeemed a game code that i already own in steam...
steam then noted that i already own the game... does that mean that the code i accidentally entered is wasted already or can i give it to a friend and he can redeem it still?

Bought the Wukong DLC for Sleeping Dogs. Awesome game. I love the combat and getting different fighting styles like the Monkey king and Drunken Fist pack. Those are the 2 best packs I think besides the story DLC for Sleeping Dogs.
