Kinda. The person will end up with the entire bundle on their Indie Royale collection if they have one. That will mean the soundtracks and such, as well as being able to see the (already redeemed) steam keys. If anything gets a steam key added later, they will have it. Indie Royale is owned by Desura and the two systems are quite tied together.

If you have a Desura account tied to the same email as your Royale purchase I believe it auto-adds the games to your Desura account. I'm not sure what happens to the key after that; if it's extra or still required to activate the games.
