I've never played a Pokemon game before, so is there any reason for having both versions?

Trading/Storage/Exclusive areas and Pokemon.

Personally I have always brought every version, never regretted it. Getting both for the price of 1 is a steal

They're all rather inferior, but if you have a PS3 with Move and Eyetoy and all that stuff then that's the "best" version since it also has the HD graphics. If not then the Wii version is the way to go since controlling the paint brush with motion controls works alot better then with the right analog.

Saw this deal through the CAG twitter feed on my lunch break yesterday and immediately go to BBY on my phone to try to have the games I wanted for pickup ready at the closest store on my drive home. Damn phone app didn't work so I'd have to take my chances in store. Thankfully, was able to pick up the last copy of PM:SS, and grabbed copies of Black 2 and White 2. That store was out of Kid Icarus, but I was able to do a store pickup order this morning for it at another store nearby. Thanks OP!

Saw the thread Friday morning quickly ordered Darksiders 2 from bb.com for in-store pick up before heading for work. After work I drove to pick it up and decided to brouse the videogames secion and noticed they had Darksiders 2 labeled $14.99 not knowing I grabbed the Best Buy Limited Edition and at checkout it rang up $49.99 I told the girl that its on sale for $14.99 and they did a price override and left. I didn't pick up my copy of Darksiders 2 that I ordered online thinking it was a regular copy since I rather get the Limited Edition.

After reading this thread I noticed few got lucky and scored the Best Buy Limited Edition for $14.99

Friday Night: I checked bestbuy.com website to order Zelda:SS and they said it was sold out online and when I tried looking for the nearest store that had it in stock it said it was unavailable. WTF!!! I said to myself.

So today evening after work I went to best buy and quickly browsed the videogame isles and found two new copies of Zelda: Skyward Sword $20 so I grabbed one for myself along with Pokemon White 2 $15. Xbox 360 copies of Darksiders 2 were all sold out PS3 had 4 LE copies & 1 vanilla

If anyone is looking for Zelda Skyward Sword I would call ahead and ask them to check physically... unless you can afford to waste gas/ live close to best buy.

can someone help me out and please check if the last four digit of the upc for darksiders 2 limited edition for the xbox? I want to check if the bestbuy version is same thanks

I just finished chaining a bunch of pricematches together at Target for this deal combined with the $10 GC. They let me do as many PMs as I wanted as long as they were different items (according to their policy you can only do one PM on a particular item per day).

Started with Epic Mickey 2 Wii for $11.99 + $1.00 preorder card -> $10 GC, applied that to the next pricematch purchase, Paper Mario Sticker Star $19.99 + $1.00 preorder card = $10.99 -> $10 GC

Used that on Darksiders 2 PS3 which was $5.99 after GC and $1 card, then Darksiders 2 X360 for the same $5.99 + GC (they wouldn't PM the LE versions to the $14.99 price, but since the LE versions and regular versions have the same UPC code it will be no problem to 'upgrade' these), then Professor Layton for the same $5.99 + GC, then Kid Icarus for the same $5.99 + GC, Skyward Sword for $10.99 + GC, and finished by using that GC for $19.99 PM'd RE6 bringing that to $9.99.

Borderlands 2 for $21 after GC was just a bit too much for me just to throw it on the backlog, especially since no doubt there will be some Complete Edition released in the near future. I'll get the Pokemon games tomorrow since it's no rush to either pick them up at the Best Buy or go next door to the Target for PM if they are sold out at BBY. I just wanted to make sure I got all the double dip games today.

I forgot to pick up Prof Layton. How long will it be at this price?

I am also curious to how long this is going to last.

I'm wondering this as well. I hope sale is still live tomorrow afternoon. I decided I should have picked up Black 2/White 2. I regretted it right when I got home with Paper Mario. I should have just scooped up everything I was interested in.

That gentleman clearly suffers from fail.

If that eBay guy used Target to get these games, he would actually get a lot of money. Buy Black 2 for $15 + $1 preorder and get a $10 gift card. Use that gift card on Darksiders for $15 + $1 preorder and only pay $6 and get a $10 gift card. Use that gift card on Pokemon White 2 for $15 + $1 preorder and only pay $6 and get a $10 gift card. Rinse and repeat infinitely and you get dozens of games for about $100. Done like that, that guy could make a real killing.

My local BB ran out of the regular copy Darksider II 360 so i said "Since I'm here let me see if I can do a price match on the Darksider II (w/ the hologram slipcover, bestbuy exclusive sticker on it) for $15" and it worked lol. Had to do an override though.
