After close to 24 minutes on the phone (20 of which were me standing on hold), I get told BB doesnt price match gohastings, but the cs rep said she would send a $20 gc to my house or email within 10 to 14 business days. I was also given a case id. Anyone know what's that for?

Guys, I feel kinda bad. I called BB back to try to get this PM again and well, this happened.. Keep in mind I already PMed Kmart this morning and got $15 back from it. The BB lady this time was really nice, I told her I had already PMed it for $45 and I was just wanting to PM it for $40 for the extra $5. She said no problem. She never actually said how much I was going to be refunded, I just obviously assumed it was going to be $5. So right after I got off the phone I got an email saying I was being refunded $20 I thought it might be a mistake so I looked and I currently have $35 pending in my bank account. So, I'm getting $35 back, I paid with $25 in RZ certificates and I'm getting the $20 promo credit. So BB basically paid me $20 to take Dead Space 3.


I think I now understand why BB is changing their price matching policy..

A case ID is just for future reference if you need to call them again regarding this issue, like if you don't receive your gift card. They can see what happened on this particular transaction.
