No, that's the beauty of it - they don't want the cases, only the discs. I'm sure that's to save on shipping costs. I know if you spend $35 or more, shipping is free. They even pay for shipping the discs TO them (you print out a .pdf pre-paid shipping page).

Do I just get one of them yellow envelopes with the bubble wrap inside and put all the discs in there? I'm thinking about doing this in a couple weeks...

I stacked my discs and wrapped them in a cellophane to keep them together and put them in a bubble mailer, no problems.

As for going over the limit, I remembered that I actually went over the limit the last time I participated. Haven't participated this time around because the prices are not that different from retail plus Best Buy's trade and save deal gives me more options.

You don't even need a bubble wrap since they don't care about the condition. Just toss them into a manila envelope or reuse packaging from an item you received.

Cool program, but only one of those DVDs I own, are there other programs like this?

You no longer have to trade the same movie to participate, any crappy DVD movie will do.

Best Buy has the upgrade and save program for a few weeks about 3-4 times a year which works pretty much the same way, except you get $5 vouchers for each DVD.

Awesome, read the site fast and didn't see it was ANY DVD, Thanks! Will definitely have to take a look at their offerings more carefully since I have a couple of crap DVDs.

Yeah, w/ BB it always happens whenever I have an hectic schedule though! Thanks for the info!

Since Best Buy has their upgrade and save, what you really want to do for DVD2Blu is trade in 2 and 3-disc movies since you can get that many titles back instead of just one per movie at Best Buy. Also price compare before you take part in DVD2Blu because you can buy some movies like Cool Hand Luke for $5 anyway.

Kinda weird, I put in a $58.94 order on the 12th, they received my package on the 20th, then there's a $26.76 charge to my card on the 22nd, and a $5.35 credit on the 25th. Wonder what they are doing.

Some of the titles you requested may be back-ordered or there may be some other issue. There is a number on the web site that you can call with questions, but I remember others here receiving e-mails if there were delays. You might give them a call.

Sure enough, 5 of the blus arrived today. No idea why I got some money credited back though. Haven't received a single email since my purchase about it.

Hope it's not something like "oh we didn't have that blu-ray anymore so we took the cost off" after I've sent them a pile of DVDs...

Same thing is happening to me so far. Placed an order for 5 movies and just received a package with only 2.

Edit: Just received the rest of my movies yesterday.

The credit I saw turned out to be a debit that the site was showing different because it was in the temporary list. So the 6th blue showed up late last week., and the debit for the final five showed up around then too.

I never had any issues with them except for the time that I accidentally gave them my old debit card number. I don't think they ever contacted me, I ended up calling them about it because I wondered where my order went and we got it resolved.

DVD2Blu/WB is infamously known for never contacting anyone about orders (problems, shipments, refunds, etc). You HAVE to call or else your order gets cancelled or problems happen without you knowing of them. It's just how they roll, and its stupid.
