Clarification on pre-order bonus policies

Hello. I have a predicament on my hands at the time concerning my pre-order bonus on Tomb Raider at Best Buy. I would like to know if i pick up my pre-ordered copy,keep it sealed, but use the dlc codes that are included as pre order bonuses, will I still be able to return my STILL SEALED copy of the game, or will they deny the return?

I ask this because Target is having a purchase bonus that im interested in partaking in, but I don't want to have 2 copies of the same game.

The premise of the question is that I would like to know if I can pick up my pre-order at Bestbuy, use the dlc codes and keep the comic book and still return my still sealed copy of the game.
