quick ps3 video issue question

I have a PS3 connected via component cables. I have a scrolling line that you can barely see on the screen. I also have a Wii connected this way without the line. Any thoughts on what's going on? Some interfering with the screen?

thanks

RC

Might be a grounding issue. I had some problems with lines, but buying a 2 prong adapter fixed it.

yeah, you definitely have a ground problem. In the short term, get one of those ground-isolating plugs (converts a 3 prong to a 2 prong plug), as suggested above. But be aware that this does not FIX the problem--it's simply a workaround. You have a ground loop or other wiring problem that needs to be repaired by an electrician.
