I wouldn't be surprised if BBY already planned on adding in places such as Big Lots are excluded from their price match policy. Given that Big Lots is carrying more and more electronics, DVDs, and PC stuff it was a matter of time. Why should BBY be expected to price match (and take a potential huge loss) to compete with a closeout store?
