I'm sold on a good deal if you're right. Hopefully it's Wolverine. I bought it recently on eBay for $30 "new", received the game 5 weeks later. It was a burned copy from a member residing in Canada, but the game was shipped from Tokyo. Not eBaying anytime soon... :end eBay horror story rant:

With as many good things said about this game on the CAG cast I would pick it up for ~$20

Thanks Cheapy! I'm hoping you're right, but the last time they had a good VG Lightning deal (Wet for PS3), it sold out pretty much immediately!

Going to try really hard, but not going to hold my breath. Wolverine has been holding it's value really well, too so I'm wondering if it's going to be a $29-$39 deal?

It was $37.98 as a lightning deal on Sept 26th too, so im guessing same price or slightly cheaper?

As someone who finished the game I have to say that this game really isn't worth more than 20. No ps3 anyways

Amazon needs to fix the lightning deals time. It says it starts at 9pm PDT which would be 12AM EDT (midnight).

As someone who finished the game I have to say that this game really is worth $20 or more.

Here's hoping for the same deal as Wet last week! It's $46.99 currently so if it's $19.99 for the lightning deal price, that would essentially make it $15.29 w/free ship after eca (like Wet last week)? Good thing I have like 5 eca codes stockpiled. And I'm ok with it being 360 since I'm an achievement addict... can't remember the last time I turned on my PS3.

yessiree, it sold out in like 2 minutes! I was SO pissed since I stepped away to pee and came back a 1:02pm and "102% claimed"! I totally would have bitten on it with the ECA discount and fs since at that price, I don't care what platform it's on (since I have a 360 and a 320gb bc PS3 ) That is why I now watch the lightning deals like a hawk if it's something I'm mildly interested in.

That's crazy man. But I usually stick to 360 for most games. I'd only get a game on PS3 if it was exclusive to PS3. Wet was pretty fun in the demo, though. It would most definitely have been worth it for twenty bucks.

And to get back on topic, Wolverine would totally be worth it for twenty bucks too. I got it back when it first came out for $40 and never regretted it.

Man, These lightning deals are actually starting to get good again.

Just a guess, but I'd put my money on X-Blades. But Wolverine seems to fit the bill to, so it's anyone's guess.
