Has anyone had any luck getting a game NOT on the "Trade 2 Offer" list? I've got 2 games that qualify, but I'm wanting a game that is not pictured in the ad. I'm just wondering if they are lenient with what game you can get for $19.99, since they would be priced the same.

mw2 isnt pictured but its in the fine print, if asking them to do it doesnt work buy a game pictured in the ad, and return/exchange it for the game u want later on in the week or at a different game stop (dont open the game)

Is there anyway around the 2 of the same game/duplicate loophole thing? I am a newb. I wanted to trade 2 of the Bigs2 for NSMB Wii + 9.99. I called first and both places said no way.

big ymmv. some have reported being able to trade in 2 of the same game but most wont allow it.

I wanna get Borderlands or maybe DJ Hero used. This sounds like a good idea. I'll give it a shot. So if I bring them the game and tell them I want to exchange it, they'll be cool with it?

I traded my 3 year old 360 in for $95 trade in (I kept my hard drive too w00t..) Plus I bought a 360 at walmart for $100 (I used the gift card I got to make a purchase of a 2nd 360 for my bro who also wanted one) So I spent $5 to get a brand new 360 lol... Than I traded in 2 of the blockbuster $10 games for L4D2 and I got that for 15... (so really $35 but still a steal) than I got an edge card/GI SUB for $12... Leaving me with $75 trade in left lol... Pluss I will save 10% aka $11 when I get the buy 2 used games get 1 free deal on black friday.. w00t...

when this "trade 2 in" promo started i wanted to get mw2 but there computers had problems cuz they needed the actual game to scan the bar code, anyways they said they would do the promo after it expired (sounded kinda weird), so i got tekken 6 and the next week exchanged it for mw2

simple exchange, they might ask u "y r u exchanging mw2" just tell them someone else got u the game already or whatever

Ok, there is a BBV across the street from my Gamestop. They had a SuperMario Sluggers there for 9.99. So, I picked that up, then traded one of my PS3 Bigs 2 with it for NSMB wii and 9.99 more. So, I got the game for 27 before tax. Not bad. Bigs up to this board for the BBV tip. thanx.

On the last page of the Gamestop Black Friday add, this trade in deal is mentioned with a picture, and from what I can see no ending date. Looks like its getting extended
