Bionic Commando isn't worth the disc it's printed on.

I thought Bionic Commando was worth the $20 I spent on it....... until I got to the end. It's value drops immediately.

I hate how I have absolutely no cash left to spend... I'd have bit on RE5, Riddick.. and now L4D and Red Faction..

ah well, I suppose there's always a chance they could be cheaper next time I have money anyways.

Cool, I was waiting all last week for a deal on Red Faction, and now there finally is one.

Is it bad when I buy games from then when they're not on special....but still a lot cheaper than elsewhere. I got MK vs. DC a few weeks ago for $10 cheaper than every place else, and tonight they freakin' dropped Cross Edge down $5 which is still $10 cheaper than every place else (when shipping & tax are added in) Thank God they don't have anything else I've been keeping an eye on, otherwise I'm going to have to get a trial subscription, buy a few games and cancel the damn thing just to save on some shipping costs....

Plus like everybody else, I need to quit spending, after this week's over I'm going CAG free for a few weeks, otherwise they're going to revoke my CC...

Thanks for the deal on L4D. I was wondering if I can get it for $15. The chepest was gohastings for $19.66 ~ $20 dollars and I thought I can find it much cheaper for the 360 version.

i thought of that too but they have in their FAQ that they don't allow free shipping (on the non-special stuff) for trial memberships to prevent people from signing up just for free shippnig. They think like we do, don't they?

I can't really beat $15 for l4d...

worst thing is I dunno if I have enough hard drive space to check the discs.

I really want Red Faction but I have to rein in the spending. Couldn't pass up L4D, though.

Do yourselves a favor and steer clear of the awfulness that is Bionic Commando. Im an achievement whore but I could not stomach playing this game after a few levels. It feels broken. I'd rather scour my boobies off with a rusty SOS pad than play this game.

Hehe, well at least I tried, too bad, I have to pay to get free ship, but still I guess what is it, $8 for a month wouldn't be bad if there was like 4-5 games you wanted in the store.

Considering that I believe most all of the sales this week have been for games ONLY in the Gamefly store, and as inFamous is not one of those games, then no it probably won't be...wishful thinking, but I'd be surprised if they pull a fast one and put it up for sale anytime soon.

So whats the deal if I'm no longer a gamefly account holder? Can I still buy and just pay shipping?

I'm going to chime in and say what a blast I had with bionic commando too despite all the reviews. I picked it up when gamestop had it for $20 just on a whim and have never been more pleased.

Anyone who hates it hasn't played more then an hour of it, or couldn't grasp the controls and physics behind the arm. As I said, I paid full-price, and was pleased. It's a hard game, so most likely people gave up once they couldn't advanced any further. Such a shame (it didn't really get that many bad reviews either, a lot of places gave it an 8.0 or above; but there's also a bunch of people, much like half the people here, who couldn't grasp how to play, and gave up and called it terrible).

Finally getting L4D. Time to see what's so awesome about this zombie shooter.

In for Bionic Commando and Street Fighter IV. Like others, I was gonna wait for Super SF IV, but I figure by the time I'm ready to move on from the original, Super will be discounted...plus, I just can't say no to $12.99 for it.
