Complete waste of time. The clearance bin was all the same DS and PS2 games that we've known about for a while now, with the exception of Populous and some "Jam Sessions" game for the DS for $10 each (I'll give you a hint about Populous as someone who was a big fan of the Amiga game back in the day - the DS version kind of sucks). Oh, and a shit-ton of Samba de Amigo for the Wii.

The games shown in the ad weren't actually in the clearance bin, they were on the shelf and were not marked as having dropped. I scanned the Shaun White game just for the hell of it, and it came up as $24.98.

All in all, unless there's something in the previous clearance that you still want and your store still has (notably, most of the worthwhile titles were long gone) don't bother.

There is new clearance stuff at the TRU I work in, but trust me when I say it's mostly crap. I don't think I saw a single PS3 or 360 game on clearance. All exclusively DS & Wii and it was almost exclusively shovelware.

Received a TRU booklet with a $10 of 50 purchase coupon attached to it in the mail today. It also has rewards R us members at the top of it, exclusions seem to be like every other TRU coupon. It will work on video games, I added $60 worth of games to the shopping cart just to try it out to see if video games where an exclusion, however it took $10 off. Anyone else receive this?

Iirc, Bionic Commando dropped to $9.99 today. Not clearance, but worth a mention I guess.

The TRU here had some accessories for sale for the PS3 and 360.

Microsoft Battery packs for the 360 for $9.98 along with some 3rd party - 4 port charging stations for $19.98

They had the charging station for the PS3 for $19.98 as well.

There's an ongoing joke at work about how Ultimate Alliance 1 now costs more than Ultimate Alliance 2. The Bourne Identity is still 59.99 and so is Hot Shots Golf. Weird stuff goes on in that place.

Dora is a little more action oriented and Kai-Lan is a bit more 'touchy-feely' (someone gets upset/sad every episode), but that's pretty much the gist of it.

Yep. Usually Tolee or HoHo have a tempter tantrum and Ki Lan uses her Scooby Sense to find out what is bothering her friends. They make it right and party animal style.

And I'm a sad panda that I know far to much about these kids shows.
