Best Buy routinely puts Condemned 1 and Condemned 2 on clearance, $5 or $10; YMMV.

(aside: that K-mart website needs a lot of work. search function alone is a fail.)

Does anyone know if sears will have the same prices as kmart on this? There is a sears MUCH closer to me than a kmart.

It is not a "sale", in the sense that they need to be aware of the price change and manually force it. The price is being adjusted WITHIN THE NATIONAL SYSTEM, they will ring it up and the price will be $29.99 suddenly. They will probably have no idea it happened.
