I believe the Explorer was only released for the 360 (via GHII). I think I might be interested myself.

Both are for 360.

Most likely those are rips played on a modded console, I'm pretty sure Black Ops is on the torrent sites already.

Yea. Stores don't get games like that until the Friday before they release. Black Ops is definately a torrent rip right now if anything.
