yeah, happy for ya buddy. i wasnt paying attention when i called in my harrier, but lucky for you they shot mine down and not yours. and when you (or anyone) is doing chopper gunner/ac130 they should call everyone back to support while you go for the nuke, so you get more kills instead of having to look for them spawning.

I still have to pop my nuke cherry, but doubt it since I have never (legitimately) gotten past a 20 streak, and that was cause I had a chopper gunner from a care package.

You guys should all be playing killzone 2 if you like 1st person shooters. Its the only original one and it is way more fun to play than mw2. It also looks way better even though it came out way before. Mw2 was the worst ps3 game i ever bought and i have over 30 games including my psn games.

Um autoaim in a 1st person shooter and unlimited computer kills for players? What kind of game can have a hardcore mode with autoaim? A really bad one that people only play for killstreaks. This game also lags worse than any other game i have ever played online and they give you basically unlimted noob tubes if you know what you are doing. At least in resistance 2 you didnt start with any nade launchers on your rifle and you had to pick them up from people that died. I tried to play a game a few weeks ago and i got hit with 3 satellite missles in less than 15 seconds. Then the computer killed me 2 more times in the next 10 seconds with other kill streaks. I basically walked about 10 yards and died 5 times. The worst thing about it was people weren't even aiming it was just killstreaks killing me. Now other games i have played i might have got spawn killed a couple of times in a row where someone was actually aiming at me but this game is just crazy broken and stupid.

Unlimited computer kills? What are you talking about? Are you talking about the non-AC/Apache vehicles? If a kill streak reward is killing you, switch classes and shoot it down. It's that simple, not rocket science. If you really don't like Killstreaks, and cant be bothered to switch classes to shoot down rewards... play barebones?

That's rich, though, a Killzone 2 multiplayer fan complaining about "spawn camping" in another game. Killzone 2 spawn deaths are the worst because 90% of the time there's nothing you can do about it other than spawn and instantly die.

I know you were just happy to get the Harrier and probably were like me 'ooohhh, killstreak, send it!' so it was more just bad timing but that also kinda scared me that they'd be all anti-air'd out for my Chopper Gunner. If they let my Harrier get kills it wouldn't be too bad since I'd have a buffer and could wait a few moments to let them swap back but two Harriers in the air means they're going to start shooting down birds.

I wasn't too concerned about them finding me, as I was Cold Blooded the entire match, it was just more flanking them and not ending up in head to head fire fights of which there were at least 3 I should have lost.

KZ2 multiplayer is a joke. I cant stand it, and that is why I tried to start a boosting group of us CAG people for it, just to unlock alot of the upper tier classes and medals, but F it. Going to try to beat the Single Player part and then go for as many trophies as possible. I hate that the Multiplayer part is required to get the platinum, especially the having to place on the damn weekly leaderboards.

Guess you probably liked Army of Two as well. Note what thread you are in. If we were gung-ho on KZ2, we'd all be there. KZ2 couldn't hold my interest..and have fun playing online with all 12 people that are still on there. Same with Resistance 2.

Nothing wrong with those games per se, but a minuscule number of people are playing each.

Personally, I found nothing enlightening in KZ2...it was average at best and could not keep my interest. Resistance 2 was not as good as the original, though it did keep my interest until the end.

Who here is the IT/home networking expert? I seem to remember someone here helping others set up/ optimize their connections and home setups. Whoever you are, could I get some help? I have a DSL modem, router, iMac, Tivo and PS3; but can't seem to get the network set up. I'm clueless. And I might have screwed up my modem and/or internet settings. Any help would be appreciated. PM me.

i've never done that challenge!The times I've gotten the Nuke,my team is in the lead by a margin.

Evil is more the tech-oriented one with actual experience. I just have some minor training that doesn't include Mac networking. DSL does not like sharing connections to PCs and PS3s though, for whatever reason, either the router didn't like it or my PC didn't like it. It looks like you may end up having a system that speaks Japanese to your California-ware.

We were leading, it was our team that went from 7100 to 7300, we were 3 randoms and us 3 CAGs. I still need to nuke on the losing side. I think I'll have to play with Johnsawesome for that though

Just got back from the concert. Awesome performances by Nickelback and Three Days Grace. Missed about half of Buckcherry's set but they sure put on a true rock show. I think I am deaf cause all I hear is ringing. Lots of hot pornstar looking chicks but my stupid camera died so I missed out on that opportunity.
