I have cashed in 400 points and a $5 gift card from amazon and no response so far. It has been 3 - 4 weeks and nothing. I have received the confirmation emails with my orders but no codes...

Ever since this extended the promo I haven't been getting points. Before I would get them the following day, but placed an order this past Tuesday and account still says it's pending. Looks like they decided to make it slower.

Are you doing it 'legit'? As in one account only?

I have observed the same behaviour... But my first thought was that they flagged me... Since I am not quite so legit...

Anybody else get their orders placed this past week?

nope ordered 300 points 2 days ago nothing yet im playing legit

Yeah only 1 account. Unless they've been looking through all my BS searches like "skdfjdsfsknfs" or "efhdvdjvdjhvf", I'm not really sure why they'd flag my account.

That makes me worried, I'm saving up for an Amazon GC, I haven't purchased any points in a while.

EDIT: I just fired up my netbook and got into the rewards toolbar, I have 44 points just sitting and it says "More offers coming soon!" and I can't do do any searches for points. Odd.

It's easier if you just type in a number, ie 1, 2, 3, 4, etc and then just click off the related search words. I think it's fun seeing how quickly you can get to porn by just clicking the suggested search terms.

I just opened up Firefox on my netbook and it has the Bing Bar installed and I can now collect points again. There's the daily search and there's the weekly ones. So odd.

they take forever

still waiting for points from early october, got one from last week pending as well. i find if you order them on weekends or late at night those are the ones that take the longest. if i order them during buisness hours, at least west coast buisness hours, on a weekday they come quicker.

perhaps im wrong but its worth a try, i have been getting 100 points on sundays, and waiting till mondays to order them, and then i get them monday or tuesday. the ones i am waiting for i ordered on sundays.

1400 points so far from one computer. If I use these points only for Deals of the week I could use this program pretty well. Not having any problems with orders at all really.

I ordered 300 last Sunday and got them all on Monday before noon EDT.

I am waiting for 200 from September and 200 from this past Friday.

Would it be a good idea to cash in all at once or do it piece by piece? I'm sitting on 800 right now.

Cashing in ASAP would probably be best. If you do have massive delays, the 12 weeks before you can 'complain' will come more quickly. Also, if there is a point-losing error or end of promotion or the 100 MS points cards are removed from the store, you won't find yourself on a psychotic killing rampage.

This is a 'preview'. And, if you read through the thread you will see that they are changing things all the time, not to mention 'ending' some people's preview pre-maturely.

So, if I was in your shoes, I would cash out as soon as you have enough credits for whatever it is that you may want. And, I would suggest not going for the high-credit items. So, MSP or $5 gift cards would be first on my list. Perhaps, when the 'preview' is over I would consider stocking up my credits for one of the bigger prizes, but for now, cash out ASAP!

I have had several pending for over a week now and only have one account, I think they are just probably getting a lot more users now and have to weed out all the bots and shit

Well I didnt want to get the high items, I just felt like saving points after seeing people have issues getting their points, I was gonna wait for them to sort it out. But now that I'm at 800, I figure now would be a good time to do a nice cash-in on some MS points.

I went ahead and redeemed another 100 points. This will make 300 MS Points that I've gotten. Hopefully it'll come soon so I can haz Scott Pilgrim DLC.
