Well i know this probably belongs in the referral subsection but first, please hear me out. Points2shop.com may be a survey website that most people shy away from but there is an easy way to get a free dollar from them
Here are the steps

4.If you are in the US you can go to Spend Points then Low cost rewards and purchase a dollar for 144 points and recieve it in the mail!!! simple as that
(sorry since its free they are lazy so you will get it in like 2 weeks by mail but come on, just register and then forget the site after you order, and it will come randomly in 1-3 weeks)
