Anyone think they would give us the Homefront CE guide for free or at a discount? I remember there was a promotion like this before, but I don't remember if the CE guides qualified. I know it says $19.99 value, but.....I'd rather get the CE guide $19.99 off than just the regular guide

No

The Modern Warfare 2 deal was as follows:

Buy Modern Warfare 2 at above retail ($59.99) and get EITHER Modern Warfare 1 or World at War FREE

That's what it was. I remember reading the word free but somehow didn't read the entire thing.

Deleted the note for it in my previous post as to avoid confusion.

Thanks for the list, JStryke. Do you have any idea if any of those are also at sale prices, like Kirby?

I didn't write that down, but I believe it was only Sonic Colors and Kirby's Epic Yarn.

For anyone "tempted" to pick up YDKJ for $20, just do it.

Trust me. You want them to keep making games in this series.

Would a careless CSR allow a PM to a store that has a cheaper MW2 and still comp out the free game?

Edit: Change dumb CSR to careless

D'oh. I stopped by Target only to find nothing that hasn't been mentioned here. I did manage to pick up light bulbs on clearance.

That Homefront deal is unbeatable! Free $19.99 guide plus the gift card, which you can turn around and use on the DS games. I'll take a trip there on Wednesday fo'shiz.

Target only does a price match if it's in a competitor's ad, so if it's not in an ad, pretty sure it won't fly. I do know it's supposed to be an exact match as well (as far as from the competitor goes). Whether you can combine the free game or not after the price match I'm not sure on. Never did a price match myself (very limited GS experience), but if it allows you to ring up other items on that screen, I don't see why it wouldn't let you.

"Buy a Wii system for $199.99, and Super Mario All-Stars for $29.99, get a Nyko wand for free."

I don't even know what a Nyko wand is, but with all the $179 Wii deals this week, that offer sounds Wii(k).

I've been wanting to play Pokemon W/B since launch; but I don't have a DS. But I think I'm gonna pick one up this week, so.... any suggestions on what the *best* $10 game is? I'm leaning toward Spirit Tracks or DQ6. Any thoughts?
I'd get DQ6, unless you really like Zelda, then get spirit tracks.
