No you don't. If you traded in the wheel, it's TIV would be separate from Mario Kart. Gamestop doesn't sell used copies of MK with the Wii wheel. You can only buy that bundle new.

When trading in a 360, do you need the hard drive or can you give it to them without it?

I can confirm this works as well. I just bought Deus Ex for just under $40 yesterday.

No hard drive needed. All you need is the system, power cable, A/V cable and a controller.

And don't forget the 'AA' battery holder/cover for the controller if it's wireless. I use the rechargable packs, and wanted to trade in a system..popped the rechargable battery off, and forgot about the cover. Trade in got turned down. I had to come home and hunt down that cover.
