After reading that, methinks Dead Island will be a tough find. I'll be there in the morning if I can. Good thing this TRU is typically dead.

Store do match the online price, as long as the item does not say it is a "online only special/price". It's been in effect for a couple months now.

Best deal I've seen for Dead Island. One concern is whether they fixed the save glitch for ps3 version. I have a gift card for bestbuy I can use; hope i can get them to pricematch though. I was going to buy amazon kindle card using the credit but I'll have to hold off. You guys think amazon will pricematch?

You COULD buy Dead Island and do a return and then buy it back. I've seen a lot of people do it...but you'd need to keep Dead Island in it's plastic to do a return. It's policy on video games.

Also, the deal is only for 360 and PS3 games.

And to answer the question about the gift cards, you DO have to wait 6 hours for the card to activate. But, if you go in early on Sunday...

Lol. TRU matched Amazon's previous (deal's now expired) price match of TRU on X-men: Destiny (TRU had it for $45). The thing is that when PMed, Amazon kept the $10 credit, making it $45 + $10 GC, so $35.

I would not, as they have yet to sort out all the issues with MP and saves yet. Things have got worse on PC (constantly crashes in co-op) and from what I understand PS3 has it the worst with no patches after they revoked a bad 1.1 release. There's at least two dupe bugs unfixed, so any chance of a working economy in the game has been killed. Overall, the game is a Borderlands clone done poorly, but when it works is fun enough. If you're planning to play this alone, I'd wait until BF when this dud is $10.

I don't see any offer for $15 giftcard when I try to pre-order Fifa 12 online? Is this only in store and not a pre-order deal. Fifa 12 is on sale for pre-order at $45, a $15 giftcard on top of that price makes this a no-brainer. But like I said I don't see the giftcard offer online. HELP

With an onslaught of AAA games releasing on starting early October this yr, I would assume TRU will have their annual b2g1free video game promotion little bit early than previous yr.

I would assume the week after this particular week (10/2 -10/6), TRU will probably have their annual b2g1free.
