Destructoid game Deadly Premonition 10/10, other places gave it 2/10. Seems HIGHLY contentious, but I decided to bite. Metacritic user rating was good, and metacritic rating was acceptable.

I hope the 16% claimed El Shaddai and 41% claimed SSFIV 3DS show Amazon how "deals" are really supposed to work. Seriously, their regular prices are awesome but the "deals" have mostly been crap lately.
I wanted to jump on Deadly Premonition but I was too late. Oh well. Not like I need more backlog...

Never heard of the game, and found it odd to see IGN give it a 2, and other sites ~7 or 8s. Amazon reviews seem polar too. Seemed interesting and didn't want to risk it becoming some type of rare OOP game I regretted not buying for $12, as unlikely as that may be. |
