I can't seem to activate it so I don't know if it actually works, but it looks like you can get free 800 Microsoft Points along with the game (or the Epic Edition).

how do you get the 800 points for free? My total shows 44.99 after adding the regular edition and 800 points to cart.

Ohhh, I just checked it out. If you click for the details on the 800 points offer, it says that the the offer "may not be valid in combination with other offers". Maybe that's why it won't work? I don't know if a sale is considered an "offer". Best bet might be to go try it in store tomorrow.

These video game DoTD's are getting hotter this week...I like it! Seriously, those of you considering waiting to get this on BF for $5 less: have you ever been out on BF???

I just ordered it and got the 800 MS offer to work. My total was $37.70 after tax and free Silver shipping. Ordering it now and guaranteeing that price with the points is as good as trying to get it Black Friday for $5.00 less and possibly no MS points.

I tried it with the 800 points card and it worked. I added both of them to the cart through the deals page here:

try empting your cart and then adding them at the same time on that page. It showed up in cart (i don't know if it shows up on the final checkout, bestbuy won't let me sign in)
