I purchased DC 1 and 2 this week at $24.99 each. Unfortunately, I opened both of them. Although I'm doubtful, does anyone know if BB will do a "sale" adjustment if I bring in my receipt so I can get a third game free? I'd imagine I'm SOL, but assuming its a very very YMMV issue. Any thoughts?

I also updated the missing game. It was Spiderman Edge of Time

I'd consider Kinect Sports: Season 2 and DC2 if Gunstringer was included. But I don't even see it on Best Buy's website anymore. I wonder if they stopped selling it on its own since it comes with a Kinect now.

Doesn't Best Buy sell Visa gift cards? I'm not sure about all the ins and outs (I'm sure there is a thread out there)... I know it has been said to be a link to being banned from trading at Best Buy, but I'm thinking you'd only be out $5.

And its a maximum $200 I believe nonreloadable, so he have to get about 4 card at 6 bucks a piece.

Hmmm I would think that is a good deal. I will go see if they have them and I can do it.

I bought 2 kinectimals for 25 each a couple days ago. I opened the one I'm giving my daughter so I could add all kinds of extra content from QR codes found on this site. So now I need to buy 2 more, get a free game then return two copies with my original omline purchase. What a pain in the ass. Can I return in store pickup items to the online warehouse or do I have to take them back to the store?

If I'm reading this correctly, that means BB will have the 3DS version of Sonic Generations for $20. If that's really the case, I'll be snagging that one since I believe both the 3DS and console versions are completely different games.

It is $30 for the 3DS version. Apparently $50 is MSRP for 360/PS3/ and 3DS

If they won't adjust for you, then rebuy the two games you opened, plus whatever 3rd one you want, then return the 2 with the old receipt.

Guys I'm almost 100% sure that for everyone that already open the games you can just go to CS and mention the sale. I've done it before and all I needed was the receipt. I myself bought KS2 during black friday and will be going back tomorrow to pick up 2 more games. I will be going there anyways to pick up my $23 itunes 3pack ($30).

One question though is the $25 price just this week, meaning sale ends today?

Hmm. I'm in a similar situation as well. I bought Kinect Sports and Season Two in two separate transactions this week. Since the prices will be the same, I dont see any problem with taking in both receipts and asking for my free game.

Same here. I find it strange that BBY hasn't had a sale on it so those with the @Gamer coupon could take advantage of it, since they've done so on other games with coupons in the magazine.

Otherwise, at least I can ask my mom to try to PM Sonic Generations from the B2G1 sale if it wasn't the free game (I asked for it with Skyrim and Prof. Layton and the Last Specter as Christmas gifts). Actually, if Last Specter was the free game, then she could conceivably PM both Generations and Skyrim (using TRU's $39.99 sale price the same week) and save an additional $40, since they'd technically still qualify for the B2G1 sale during which they were purchased.

i got dance central 2 when they had buy 2 get 1 free on amazon last month, but they were full price (dc 2, disney adventures, and once upon a monster). then last night i got kinect sports season one and disneyland adventures from new egg for $50, but i used the $20 off from the google offer.

these deals are all over the place.
