Gamestop.

Definitely Gamestop, since they don't even try cleaning their inventory.

I know Gamestop will win as always, but I put in my annual vote for Walmart. I just can't stand going there in general and it is even worse for video games. Not having consistent clearance pricing drives me nuts.

I've gotten some good deals at GS, and I can use my trade-in credit to make them even cheaper. Anyone who knows how to be a good CAG would not vote GS . Plus, just recently I was able to call Gamestop and have them hold Skylanders figures my kids were looking for until I could get up there later in the evening - no other retailer would do that.

Just to be contrary, Wal-Mart is laughable near where I live. The have few new titles (unless you like shooters or sports) and charge MSRP (I honestly cannot remember last discount I saw there...) and if you do want to buy a game always a chore to hunt down an employee (who are never knowledgable or helpful).

While my Gamestop purchases have vastly gone down over course of past 10 years I occasionally stop by, if only because girl at local one knows games and is helpful (she even directed me to other places for deals...I think she hates it there at GS)

Gamestop for sure.

Best Buy, they sell my pre-orders, have terrible customer service. I like GameStop, the guys that work at the one by me are cool.

kmart - they need to have more quantities of games for the sales/deals they run

Best Buy
They really pulled off some sweet holiday deals...but on a day to day basis ...they SOOK!

Only one opens games, pulls out the contents and sells whats left at full retail price.

Gamestop.

I've actually had some good experiences in Gamestop lately, but the Target near me has been slipping.

Wal-mart is an awful place and all, but Gamestop does more harm to video games than anything.

Target for me. They rarely have any deals anymore.

tied gs and bb for bad treatment of customers.
