I have a lot of my Vita stuff preordered already, but I hope they carry BlazBlue at TRU, then I could get BlazBlue and Wipeout

First transaction:
Spend $50
Get $20 coupon
Second transaction:
Spend $20+, use coupon to negate.

So, technically, it's buy $70 for $50. That's slightly weaker than a B2G1 free.
We're not stupid, learn to read the title. This is good if they allow memory cards, if not then them!

Does it have to be exactly $50? I want Lumines and some screen protectors, but that's $49.98. Does tax count?

I hope the Vita coming out doesn't hurt the chances of a deal on SSX.

It is most likely pre-tax amount, but hey you never know. I guess it is worth a shot.

Seriously, seriously doubt tax will count. You're going to have to find something super cheap.. card case?

I was looking at the TRU website the other day and some of the accessories are $21.99 instead of the regular price of $19.99.

Hate it when places do that.

Whoa, just looked it up, their screen protectors are $11.99 instead of $10 like everywhere else. Now I can get the gift card. For once, greed works to their disadvantage.

if this works with memory cards than that would be a pretty sick deal, it's pretty much the same as spend $60 and get a $20 gift card, unless ur planning on getting that oddly priced screen protector, but getting a game plus a 4GB memory card along with a $20 gift card is a pretty sweet deal for something that has just launched, now if only there was a way to get a good deal on the PSVita itself

TRU usually makes you wait 6 hours before you can redeem your gift card I believe.

Yeah. Gamestop has the protectors at $12.99, I believe.

It all depends on the gift card. If the giftcard says it on it, yes. If it's a a plain merchandise credit they can be used immediately.

SSX is still $45 for preorder, any chance this is their release week deal and thus matchable?

I noticed this has been stickied so hopefully it is pretty much confirmed I would like to get one of those 32GB cards they show on their website as being available in-store but not available for in-store pick up. If the gift card is timed I don't mind I usually spend them within the first month anyway as I have four kids and they always need or want something.

Did TRU participate in the soft launch, or will everything be out on Wednesday?

Ideally, I'd love to be able to pick up a 16gb card on Sunday w/$20 giftcard, then go back on each consecutive day to pick up games and whatnot until launch. Problem is, I don't know if TRU is selling Vita stuff before Wednesday.

I think I'll be getting the cradle and a memory card, first, to get the $20 gift card here. Then, I'll use that $20 GC, the next day, to get more memory. The USB cable that comes with the PSVita is extremely short and I don't want to sit on the floor by the TV while I have data transferred from the PS3.
