2k football??? I can only imagine.

well madden 13 could be the last madden becuz to contract between ea sports and the nfl is up after that game. so there could be a nfl 2k14. which would be interesting. i did like the 2k games alot they really opened the door to better football games. i remeber the dream cast days it was amazing the games seemed so unreal then. i like the idea of only one having the rights but i just hope the right creators get the contract it would suck knowing 2k could make a better game which in the past it would prove that they would do better than ea sports.

Pretty sure EA extended again until at least 2015. Could be wrong though.

The Jets continue their tour of the NFC West with a 27-10 win over the Niners.

San Fran looked pretty dominant out of the gate, driving down for a TD on their first drive. I didn't have much of an answer in that first half, but was still able to keep Cru to 10 points. I had two FGs making it 10-6 at the half.

The 2nd half was all Jets as they put up 21 unanswered points. The running game finally opened up. Greene out-dueled Gore, 157 yards to 90, and put the game away for good with a 73-yard run. Kaepernick had 5 INTs, most (if not all) in the 2nd half. 3 of them went to Ndukwe as he ripped a couple bombs out of the air. Unfortunately on the last one he got a herniated disk and will be out for the season barring a deep playoff run by the Jets. Real bummer, but we have depth there.

The Packers have reached .500! DVO played a good game but my 5 interceptions, including 3 by defensive player of the week Charles Woodson, really turned the tide in my favor.

Green Bay Packers 31, Jacksonville Jaguars 14

Looks to be a great playoff race shaping up in the AFC. Patriots can clinch the division with a win or a Jets loss in the next 4 weeks. Still with some work to do to lock up a bye though. Should be a great WC battle between the Jets, Ravens/Steelers, and Chiefs/Chargers (working against the Jets it having lost to both the Chargers and Steelers, so they should be rooting for those teams to win their divisions as far as tie-breakers are concerned). The Dolphins have an outside shot to sneak back in, though they probably need to win out.

I'm sure Doom will have a playoff post soon to give us all the scenarios.
