So lemme get this straight:
Instead of contacting HP(the manufacturer of the printer), slidecage went to BB expecting them to send it in on their dime because he was told that they were an official HP hub or something to that effect? When's the last time a BB employee has actually been RIGHT about something? I mean, ffs, we gamers know more about their upcoming sales/deals than the employees do most times. Slidecage & everyone else: stop buying inkjet, get a nice little mono (black) laser printer for $50-$100 and never worry about tripping on the sidewalk ever again. Need "concrete" proof that inkjet is a scam? Some companies have digital expirations on their ink. A freshly opened pack bought a few years ago ago won't work in the printer due to it recognizing the expiry chip.

Injets are fine -- the trick is to do your research and get one that can be refilled with generic ink. Obviously, printer companies are not going to make it easy for users to refill themselves (in most cases it will void certain parts of the warranty), but my Canon MX870 cartridges run just fine on the generic stuff.
