Also, I'm impressed with the number of people who decide they can be high and mighty, by deciding what YOU should play. Or how. Or with what. On a Bronze match.

I was in a Bronze match and the person with the N7 1313 rating, decides he doesn't like me and chooses to kick. He's just about to try to convince the other two of how absolutely inferior I'll be (Yes, I was a kroguard with the Striker AR; laugh it up, Garrus) and how utterly beneficial they'd be without me (I heard two words, "We don't..." and that says it all), but I left before he chose to bestow them with his grand wisdom. We were all none the wiser, good sir.

It's BRONZE for crying out loud. If you can't solo Bronze at that point, then there's the problem. Sheesh, like people are entitled to telling other people how they should play. Really now. Take a deep breath and pop the pill labeled "Chillaxin". It'll help. Honest.

So, I heard that the squad goal for this weekend requires each squad member to promote 3 characters. True? I have two that are close and one at level 13 that'll take some time to get up to 20.

getting to 16-17 is when it starts to slow down...but going from 1-16 is fairly quick, esp if you can get carried in gold. you'll avg 3-4 levels per match.

I've been getting back into the multiplayer a bit. If anyone wants to play, feel free to send me a friend request. Going to try and be around enough this weekend to promote three characters and stock up on credits for the Rebellion pack.

If you unlock all of the commons (weapons, mods and characters), but then buy the cheapest pack, are you guaranteed to get uncommons or rares? Can you get a redundant weapon, mod or character that you already have the max level of?

My wife invited her sister and family over for dinner tonight. On an N7 weekend? Noooooooo! But I'll be online late and looking for some CAGs to join up with. Chubby, I'll understand if you dive in without me.

Won't get weapons/mods after they are maxed but will always get characters. Character cards don't stop.

The character cards have helped me level up several classes I never have even used, which is nice. I was just hoping I could start to force more uncommon or rare guns if I continued to buy the least expensive pack and leveled up all my weapons and mods. I already have the two weapons I like to use, so if I could avoid saving up for the higher level packs it would be ideal.

I'll be jumping on tonight after the Rangers/Devils game. I have a lot of lvl 20s available to me lol so I guess I'm good.

Just popped on, but didn't see anyone playing. I'll check back in a bit; prolly be up for a while.

Also, I appreciate that dude's rendition of Tali, but I always wanted to see the Quarians looking a bit more chitinous/pachydermal. Sharing DNA with the Turians opens up some cool avenues, design-wise. I just get tired of seeing essentially humans under the visor.

The facial features come across a little too masculine for my tastes which is weird considering the artist is supposedly female. Regardless damn near any fan inspired work is infinitely better than what BioWare threw up for us in fifteen minutes or less by default.

See? That's the problem right there. The face they gave us wasn't bad by any stretch of the word. It was FINE.

But it was also LAZY. And that's the real problem. For something a lot of fans have been looking forward to, they chose to brush it off as something relatively unimportant. I don't hate the face they gave us. But I like the masked face better. And I don't believe that's what they wanted.

Well... yeah. Just another example of BioWare's post-ME2 arrogance catching up with them. Sad fact of the matter is they could and would have easily gotten away with it had the ending drama never happened. Everyone simply would have labelled the "complainers" crazed "Talimancers" (God, I hate that word) and went about their business. Same with the crowd rightfully pissed off about the Jacob situation - no one cared.

Now I'm not sure about you, but I've already found solace in the realization that the DA team isn't far behind from repeating history via Dark Ritual. Whatever the result of that nonsense, I know I'll come out thoroughly entertained one way or another regardless of a purchase. You gotta take the victories where and when you can get them man. Even if they happen to be buried neck deep in tragedy.
