doesn't it say add $50 or more worth of items to your cart and get the $10? i assume if you can do the b2g1 deal online and choose instore pickup, you can get the $10...

Used games don't qualify.

Is there a good filler item to add to Batman to get the deal on it? Everything I see would eat up about half of the $10 I would get back, which makes it less appealing - especially when that other $5 I'm spending is for something I have zero interest in. A good .99 item would be great, but I'm not finding anything so far.

Accessories don't work - and yeah, that Stanky Legg cd is the best I could find too so I went with it. Gonna be kinda embarrassing picking that one up!

is this cumulative or does it have to be all in one transaction?

I'm pretty sure it has to be at least a >$50 subtotal in a single transaction.

In the fine print it says not valid on pre-owned games so not quite sure. Let us know lol.

I did call Best Buy customer service to ask this because I know some places will still give you the promo for a whole dollar amount ($50) even if it is a penny less, but the BB rep did inform me that yes, they suck and you need to spend at least a penny more to get it.

Just bought Pikmin 2, Ghost Recon: Shadow Wars, and Rhythm Heaven Fever for a total of $69.96.

After Tax, a $70 gift card from trading in some software, and the use of Best Buy's recent $5 freebie Reward Zone certificate, the grand total came out to 64 cents.

And I'll be getting $10 back? Sweet deal.

Yeah they really should have made this a $49.99 deal...but then I guess people would complain it should count for $49.98

And just like that I screwed myself over.

I saw the total price of the order in the e-mail as $70.64, so I canceled the order, thinking that the gift card wasn't applied properly.

Sure enough, the charge on my credit card statement is $0.64, so now I'm out the reward zone certificate...and I dunno if I'm getting it back.

It may take a few days, but you'll get the cert back.

Even if it was the promo one that expires on 7/1/12? That'd be lovely but I'm not holding my breath.

Currently waiting for the credit show back up on the gift card I got from the trade-ins. Gonna go ahead and place the order again and just pay the extra $5 out of pocket. Lesson learned, I guess.

Yeah, seeing a larger total than I expected freaked me out the first time I noticed, though I realized soon thereafter (as I guess you now know also) that's only saying the total amount of the order before any payment types were applied. Sorry for the loss of your RZ certificate.

What baffled me is that on the order page it said:

Gift Cards & Pitch In™ Card
***********3238
Amount charged: $0.00

So I was like...okay, so the # looks right (or the last four digits anyway) but they didn't apply it to my order? So I cancelled it.

I'm tempted to call of customer support to see if they could somehow give me an instant $5 certificate to use but I doubt they could. Urgh.

Edit: Hating myself right now. Hardcore.

Still no refund to my gift card, almost 3 hours later.

Here's hoping I don't get ed just because I decided to cancel the order.
