No way that new ECW trademark is upheld. WWE still uses the ECW name in their DVDs so it's not like they've abandoned it. Plus, they have a lot of money for lawyers.

Oh, and hey, TNA put on a solid show (from what I watched on their YouTube channel). I had been apprehensive about this "Joseph Park" story, but it's actually being put together in a competent and interesting manner. Plus, it helps that Bully Ray is perhaps the best heel in today's mainstream wrasslin.

For anyone who watched the entire show, did they touch on the "Crackhead baby daddy" angle? That angle is pretty bad, from what I've seen, but I just skip over those videos and, voila, it stays away from my brain.

Despite some of the YouTube populace shitting on Zema Ion and Brooke Adams, I think they're pretty good at what they do. Adams ain't too bad for a Hooters waitress turned wrassler. Ion is actually good and plays a good gimmick. No idea why he's receiving hate. He may be holding the title until (hopefully) Kenny King runs with it to a World title shot, but he's better than average.

Did you watch Destination-X? They're definitely giving it to Jesse Sorensen.

Personally, I don't think Kenny King is that good. He's alright - Needs to be less vanilla. I almost want to say he stinks, but his ring work is pretty good.

Ion, on the other hand, is awesome. I could easily see him stepping up the World Title scene in a year or two.

I thought BLK JEEZ (I can't remember what name he was using in TNA) had the look, ability and charisma. He'd be a great addition to the X-Division roster.

Agreed. I think a lot of the hate for Ion comes because he injured Sorenson. When that happened, a lot of people were saying he was a bad, sloppy wrestler. I mean, at the end of the day, whether or not wrestling is "fake," it's still a contact sport. People get hurt. It happens. Thats why i think him shittalking, saying he doesn't care that he injured Jesse works. Is he supposed to apologize that he hurt someone in what should be a violent sport?

As for Brooke, she's seems to be doing good. Did she just start wrestling in TNA or did she do ringwork in WWE? I only started watching after a long haitus when her, Kelly, and Layla were doing the Expose in ECW.


Also, I'm guessing nobody watched the whole SDCC panel because nobody mentioned Del Rio pulling a '11 Punk at the end. For anyone who wants to watch, go to the 45 minute mark. Punk and Ziggler leave to do something else, leaving Sheamus alone for the rest of the panel, and after a few minutes, Del Rio interrupts. Honestly, I really like these SDCC promos they do. I would love it if they did something like this at the NYCC also but I guess ours just isn't good enough.

I think it's weird that Kharma was moved to the Alumni section, yet WWE has yet to formally announce her release. She also mentioned that she's not taking future bookings..

Don't forget, MITB PPV tonight! I'm excited for.. uh..

well, the eight man MITB match should be cool. Punk/Bryan should be phenomenal. Other than that..
