This search bar is a powerful tool for navigating CAG. You can use it to find the lowest prices on games, trade-in values, search members, forum and blog topics, and much more.
After searching for a game title, click the
icon to pop-up a window with pricing information.
After typing in what you are looking for, you can filter your results by clicking on one of the tabs that pops up from the top of the search bar.
Looking for a game on a specific platform? Type in the platform name with the title!
Example: guitar hero 360
You don't need to click a pop-up tab to filter results. Just type what you are looking for right into the search bar.
Example: gears of war prices
Example: ninjatown review

Really want to get back with messing with it but I'm doing a full discharge/recharge and the recharge is taking FOREVER. I used the battery up around noon EST (out of the box it was at around 14%) and it's only now just nearing completion.

Just for the heck of it I tried getting Flash to work. This worked great for me. Very easy. Tested on CNN's site.
http://forums.androidcentral.com/goo...n-try-fix.html Make sure your device is set to accept apps from unknown sources. Then install an older flash, install a newer flash, install Firefox (in that order). You may not even need to do the old/update to new step, but that's what the guy suggested. And obviously you'll have to use Firefox if you want Flash to work. |

/edit/ For $50 more, you might as well get the 16GB, it's double the space, and you do not have to worry about filling it up as quickly. Especially since it doesnt have an expansion slot.

Going to predict that next year we'll only see one model - a 16GB at 200 bucks with an expansion slot...not sure that they'll bother to add a rear camera though. Kind of doubt it. There's really no reason they should be limiting us like this on storage. The Nexus is primarily geared to be a gateway drug to get hooked into the Google Play ecosystem (even if I don't view it that way personally). If they let us double the memory with a SD slot, that's more space for customers to use for their content. Not everyone wants to delete stuff and just redownload it later if they are low on space. |

I need something I can just listen to music on at work during the day and this sounds like it will do the job. I was using an iPod touch but the battery is starting to show age and it wont even get a full day on a charge now. Also do Gamestops sell this B&M at the moment? I wanna grab one tomorrow if possible. |

Staples near here told me they didn't sell it and didn't know if they ever would. Why the hell would you put it in this week's ad if not all the stores have them, or even a display for that matter.
About the storage space, the 8gb model is intended to be used heavily with cloud storage, it's just what google is trying to push. in fact, they thought the 8gb version would be the most popular model ordered straight from them, but it turned out to be the 16gb version, that's why the 16gb is sold out in the play store right now. They underestimated demand for the 16gb model. Personally I'd rather get the 8gb model, because $50 is just too much for an extra 8gb of storage space. The price breakdown I was reading showed the extra flash memory cost less than $8 I believe.

Grabbed the last one at my Staples. I love this thing, it does everything I want it to, and the screen size is just right. It's also way faster than my iPod touch, and the screen size is perfect for browsing the web.
I got the basic apps installed, but I am letting it charge fully now before I hook it up to my PC. I just really love the speed and power this thing has and it will increase my productivity with the twitter and facebook apps because I wont need to spend a lot of time going through my feeds. Now to look for different apps I might like later. |

No offense, but spending less time with twitter and facebook would probably increase your productivity more.

Plus the twitter widget lists the latest post which I could just press the next arrow on the widget so I can easily just browse the last 2-3 posts while I change the song on my tablet or something. |

FWIW the screen "issue" is the exact opposite of what everyone thinks it is. It isn't that the screen is coming up on the left of the units I've seen, rather the silver edging on that side isn't straight and actually is bent downwards a little in the middle. Whatever plastic mold they used to make that silver ribbon, it isn't coming out perfectly straight on the left edge giving the appearance that the screen is coming up when in fact the screen just doesn't want to awkwardly bend down to compensate for this minor flaw.
And none of the units I've held have had any sort of "creaking". Still the best tablet on the market period. Way way waaaaaaaay better than any iShit.

I'm still torn, ultimately I would prefer it if an OEM came out with a similar tablet, but with video out and an SD slot. Then again, it would probably cost a fair bit more too.

If your looking for a cheap device that will basically stream content or light office work, then this is a great choice. It does better as a streaming device, instead of mp3 player. Now on the other hand, most apps don't take up much space, maybe between 2 and 15 megs on average. Stuff like games or that are download heavy can vary. It's a great device and while it doesn't have an SD card slot, it's still a damn fine machine. |

If I got one it would replace my Nook Color as my e-reader. I barely use my Transformer because reading on it just isn't comfortable. Gaming on the Transformer is awesome however, but I don't find myself doing that much. I guess it's more of a philosophical or principal thing. I'm still fighting with how I could buy this, what with Google doing all the things I once criticized Apple for doing. I'd feel like a hypocrite, albeit a hypocrite with a cool tablet.
