I ordered from them for the first time this week. Fast shipping and the movies were really like new, both case and disc. I decided to try them out for some games now. Happy so far...

A while back I actually calculated how many of my games came complete from Hastings and I think it was something like 95%. And I've ordered quite a few games from them.

Actually, my Back to the Future Blu-ray Trilogy came in great condition, but had no outer slipcover. It wasn't enough to fuss about, so I let it slide, but some may call that incomplete.

RAGE came with 1 of the 3 discs. How do you screw that up?

Hopefully you contacted customer service and got them returned.

And did you order previously used or were they used on the ones that were complete trashed? As for the RAGE with only 1 of 3 discs, I can definitely see an inexperienced employee not knowing it comes with 3 discs since some of the stuff they take in I have questioned in the past, so it's not like it never happens. I've had these things happen at Gamestop too. Employees don't always look on the box to see how many discs there are and what not, so it tends to happen.

Luckily I only buy PS3 games from them now, so I don't really ever worry about getting only one disc of a set, lol.

But hopefully customer service got all those refunded for you.

Bring these kinds of things up on their Facebook. Surprisingly I've gotten a lot of help with my posts on Facebook, and even talked to supervisors and what not about some of the issues brought up there, so if you feel strongly about it, definitely bring it to their attention on their Facebook since they are one of the few companies that actually read what's being said on there.

I just ordered Kane and Lynch: Dead Men from them previously viewed. The $.96 shipping works on PV, which surprised me. Ended up being $4.07 shipped. I beat the game already, but have been wanting to play it again. I haven't ordered a previously viewed game from them I don't think, so I am interested to see how it arrives. It's cheap enough, so as long as it plays I don't care if it has packaging or anything.

Having some crappy shipping for the first time in awhile. Item shipped from Tulsa, which is like 7 hours from me, then it went down to Dallas and sits there.

It has taken about 4 days for item to get through 2 sort facilities. Is "packaging services" first class or parcel post? If its parcel, it makes sense that it takes a week and goes backwards

It's what USPS shows for media mail on their tracking. I don't know if that's always been the case, but it seems to be what they do now. It might also include parcel post. And I think USPS had to shutter a number of sorting locations last year so things might have to take routes that don't make a lot of sense to you but probably make some sense in terms of bulk shipping.

well it said it left Tulsa at like 9 pm on the 24th...and didnt arrive in Dallas till the 26th. Takes 1.5 days to go like 300 miles BOOO!!!!!

UPDATE: just went through Des Moines so will be here tomorrow. Technically only will take 4 days, but seems like an odd route.

On the flip side of your experience, I placed an order Monday evening and then another one on Tuesday morning. Last night, I received the Monday order and one item from the Tuesday order. Pretty awesome, I was very happy to see them so early.

Jason Aaron's Incredible Hulk OHC. As far as commenting on Facebook, i don't have a facebook account, but last time i got a damaged book i emailed their customer service and they helped me, but they didn't mention anything about their plastic bag shipping method.

Had a bad experience with them (First time actually in 2 years since Ive used them). During the 33% off deal last weekened, Ordered 2x Game of Thrones for the Xbox. Didnt get my first order until a full week later. When I called up for the 2nd GoT, it was "recalled" back for "unknown" reasons, No explanations was giving. When i asked again, the Customer rep said Who knows... I wont be ordering 2 of the same items from them ever again
