It really does not matter what order you play them in, just skip over Mad Moxxi though since you do not gain exp form it and the weapon dros are all crap.

I normally play them in the order they were released, Zombie,Knoxx, Claptrap. I still need to do the DLC on the PS3 version but it is hard to replay them all for a 4th time.

Moxxi is a tough playing solo but i've seen people finish it by having a second controller with a charector at level 1.

Just know that Claptrap trophies/achievements are a boring grind and it's not a very good expansion in general. Dr. Ned was decent, Knoxx was excellent.

I helped someone do 2/3 of the arenas and I remember falling asleep through some of the waves. Pretended that my controls froze up and continued playing.
