I was excited when I saw SD and DS2 on the subject line, so I could PM the copies I bought, but then I remembered I got a awesome guy on the phone who PM'd TRU's 2 for $60. So I already PM'd them down to $30 each, AND got the $10 in store pick up certificates for each game. $20 for 2 brand new games

Guess I won't be getting Max Payne for $10 afterall :P

At least I don't have to rush over to BBY this week to trade-in my DS2 for $2 more credit than I paid for it from TRU last weekend... well, as long as the value doesn't take a nosedive. Here's hoping.

What's your net cost of a PS3 controller after doing that? I have a few six axis controllers I could stand to upgrade, but I don't know their base trade in at GS.

Edit: Nevermind, I did some digging around in the Gamestop trade forum. So it looks like I can actually make a profit if I trade in a DS3 and $18 base for sixaxis. Might be worth it to trade in my DS3 where the left d-pad button doesn't work (do they test it thoroughly?) and two six axis' for a single DS3. Good deal!

More waiting for me. No point in dropping anything more than $20 on a new game when there's a good chance at some point before the end of the year it'll be $10 to $15. Borderlands 2 being the exception. That is my only Day 1 purchase this year.

I agree with this. Borderlands 2 will be the first game I pay $60 for in a long long time.

I agree. I went ahead with Amazon since they were at least doing $15. This doesn't usually drop until Black Friday and I just can't wait that long, especially when the odds of there being real hockey this year seem slim.

I used trade in credit today to pick up Darksiders II & Sleeping Dogs for $60. I price matched the TRU special 2/$60.
