Looking For: Genesis 1 to 32X AV cable

I am looking for that spare cable that game with the 32X that plugged into the Genesis 1 and then connected to the other AV cable that went into the 32X. It's the cable circled in red (note: I did not take this photo, so that's not my stuff ).
