Not sure what your point is. If anything this example bolsters BlasterMan. Cops did everything wrong and still noone got shot. It proves that the strategy of raiding criminal houses at night, even when the cops do everything wrong, is sound and much less lethal then having a cop put himself directly in the path of a fleeing car.

WTF are you talking about? Are you talking about money vested into the soldier and how much it cost to train them? That makes absolutely no sense and I don't see any correlation between this story and your statement.
