C*Mart (located just north of Baltimore on US-40) purchased several EB Games that went out of businesses' entire inventory. Next week the inventory is going to be put on sale in their store.

One of my in-laws works there, and said there are a ton of consoles (360's, GC, XBox, PS2, PSP, etc) new in boxes that will be on sale probably at 30% off MSRP (might be more, but my source said they'll probably start at 30% and progress as time/inventory gets sold).

There are games/guides/accessories for all systems, these will start at 50% off MSRP.

What's the date they go on the floor? I've never had any luck with C-Mart. I used to see things from time to time in the ad for the old location, but they'd always be gone by the time I got there. Thursdays, isn't it? So would that be a week from tomorrow?

ill go and line up if i have a 20% chance or more of getting a 360. If I went, and they didnt have a 360, but they had DS lites, psps, etc, i would definitely pick up SOMETIHNG

30% off a DS Lite would be nice. Too bad I'm not anywhere near there. :\

I would totally pay $300 shipped to take a premium 360 off of someone's hands. If this is a viable option, let me know, and I will FIND A WAY to make $300 in the next few days.

(or if it's 50% off ...drool... I would pay $235...)

Thats awesome wish I had that store near me or an ebgames going out buisness cause I would also buy it.

If any1 does pick up a new 360 from this sale, and is willing to sell it for 310 Dollars shipped, ill gladly take it off your hands!

I stopped by there today during my lunch. There were quite a few games available, including a small selection of new titles for most systems. But anyone looking for hardware would most likely have been disappointed. Their printed ad only mentioned GBA and DS hardware. And the cashier told me they were all gone in like 2 mins. But if you're looking for good deals on disc only games for all systems, you'll probably be happy. There's also some cases, but it seems like there were instructions for nothing used. And all the case inserts were wrinkled, like they were exposed to moisture or extreme heat or something. Here's what I walked away with:

Burnout Legends PSP (case) $13.50
Ys Ark of Napishtim (UMD only) $12.50
Psi-Ops (case) $5
Far Cry Predator (disc only) $25
Metal Gear 3: Subsistance (case) $12.50
Xbox 360 rf switch by pelican $5 (hey, you never know when these come in handy)
and I also paid $27.50 for Battlefield 2:MC for the 360, but they couldn't find the disc, so I got a refund.

edit: They found the disc and I was able to get it afterall.

They also had one of these for $30 new:

But as you can see from the reviews, it doesn't look like a very good product.

Some other things of note that I can recall (in random order):
(1) Chainsaw controller (don't know if it's PS2 or GC, and didn't check price)
(1) Xbox live Gold 12 month box with $20 rebate ($35)
(1) Me and My Katamari new $20
Multiple copies:
PS2 Liberty City Stories new $10
Worms Open Warfare NDS $15
Metal Gear Acid 2 new $20

Plenty more games than that, just a few I was considering and ultimately left.
