Saw this in Kinchicho (Tokyo) this evening. It was posted on the side of a pachinko parlor called "Patriot".

Apparently any day that has an 8 in it is "Patriot Day".
Since they have clearly stolen the Xbox 360 logo, one might guess this is related to Microsoft's console...but it isn't.
