Now here's the dilemma. If you go to Half.com, you get a subset of the eBay website. What's more, if you try to create a half.com account, it creates an eBay account for you. So how do they differentiate between the two?

and to the recipent of the coupon before you get the 10 dollars you have to sign up, not just sign up but add your bank account and a credit card. I fell for this once it was get 5 bucks for free when signing up so I signed up another account and tryed to send the 5 to my real account and it would not work until I add my credit card and bank account to the new (fake) account.

I don't consider Half.com a subset of eBay listings. You can usually find a MUCH better deal on stuff through Half.com. Not all the time, but it very likely. With games, you won't get screwed on shipping, since Half.com automatically sets the charge. That's one of the main reasons I like that site.

i didnt get this in the mail, but when i click the link i get a coupon code, i have a valid paypal, half, and eby account, would it work for me?

I got two $5 paypal coupon from ebay this month but I didn't use it. So can I use the coupon several times or only one time? I mean can I use the $10 paypal coupon that expires on 7/11/04 and use a new one when it comes up in the future (with different coupon code)?

When I said subset I was refering to the website's hierarchy not the quality of the service Ebay and Half provide.

EDIT: Well I'm going to try the coupon code. I have a couple of auctions I've bid on so i'll let you guys know how it turns out.

I thought you were saying that Half.com was stuff they list off eBay.

do you have a valid ebay/half and paypal account all with the same e-mail address?

well I'm not sure I have a half.com account but my ebay and paypal accounts have the same email.
