Poor year overall for Fry's on the New Release discounts. Prior years offered substantial savings on almost all new releases. Now it is meh....

This should be Vice City Stories. I checked the ad and it is indeed Liberty City pictured but Vice City is actually the new game being released next week.

I went on Feb. 15th, to OC Fry's. Really not that exciting. Picked up GBA FFV, and saw PS2 La Pucelle Tactics for $11.59, so I got that too. Tons of PS2 games, many reasonably priced, but no great deals and nothing compelling.

GC section was paltry, and no deals at all.

There were a bunch of XBOX games that were clearancing and getting really cheap -- $3.50 and $4.50 and the like, but nothing I was interested in. Carmen Sandiego, and some D-list titles. Some were already gone.

RPG Maker 3 for about $21.. which is a good investment since it's going for more than twice that much on Amazon.

Where do you get your LA Saturday Ads from anyways? OC Register seems to not have anyone working on their pdf ads site on the weekends anymore.

The LA Times site is more reliable. And I've never seen any difference between the two ads except Fridays and Mondays.
