Damn it, I was out of town this weekend and missed all the 1 Day Anniversary sales they had over the weekend. I wonder if LA still has matching lowered prices, since sometimes they keep the prices same or near San Jose's but don't advertise it.

I've been keeping the consoles together by compatibility. XBox and 360 have been separated because, despite MS original claims, to say that the two consoles are compatible is a joke. Additionally, there are really no titles still under development on XBox, so the 360 category can stand alone very easily.

Whereas the DS can play 100% of GBA games, Wii can play all GCN titles and the PS3 can play 99% of PS2 games (for now). So, it makes sense to me to keep them together. A PS3 owner may still be interested in a sale price for God of War II or Final Fantasy XII, for instance. Plus, the expected lifespan of PS2 development is still a couple of years yet.

But hey...I'm here to serve, so if anyone else feels that the PS3 and PS2 titles should be broken out, let's hear from you.

Well Fido, I am torn on this. I agree with you, that they should be kept in the same section.

But sometimes I get my hopes up that it's the PS3 version of a game that is ridiculously low priced and not the normal price of the inferior PS2 version.

Yes, I know you mark each PS3 game with (PS3) following it, but I don't know.

Perhaps it's that I'm simply utterly disappointed with Fry's sales as of late (except of course for their anniversary sale which I missed damn it, and special holiday sales which are WAY too overcrowded)...they haven't been as good as they used to be, in my opinion.

I say keep the PS3 and PS2 int he same section, but divide them up.

Oh and thanks for your consistent effort. We greatly appreciate it.
